Senaite does not have the ability to import multiple customer information and identify it
Because there are many customers and different situations, this can only be entered manually, can you import files to identify customer information?

Senaite has the ability to import data via an Excel (xlxs) file or jsonapi. To use excel you need at least two sheets names clients and client contacts.

This old text.xlxs file will give an idea of the columns that you require: https://github.com/senaite/senaite.core/blob/master/bika/lims/setupdata/test/test.xlsx

Note: You might have to update the file for it to work, a lot has changed in Senaite.

@ronaldm along the same lines, is there a way to bulk import Samples with .xls? Rather than using json?
