How can I change replace with Analysis Fields instead of Departments? Is it possible?

Why not use the remarks field on every single analysis?

Indeed, using the Remarks field on each single analysis is a viable option, and we have considered it. However, the main challenge we face is related to the templates we’ve already prepared for result interpretation. We have multiple pre-defined templates specific to each department and analysis type (e.g., for negative results, positive results, uncertain results, etc.), which we currently use in the general Result Interpretation section.
Unfortunately, the Remarks field does not allow us to easily insert or select from these templates in a standardized, automated way, especially on a per-analysis basis. Manually copying and pasting template content into each remark field would be time-consuming and prone to errors, particularly when managing a large number of analyses.
What we are looking for is a more integrated solution where we can assign or select predefined interpretation templates directly at the single analysis level, similar to how we handle the overall result interpretation, but with more flexibility and automation.

We recently got access to the present interpretation templates in another context by our service provider for similar reasons. That task was quite affordable.
