I am currently working for a food technology consultancy that operates an internal analytical laboratory. For several years, we have utilized Open-Co ProLab.Q LIMS. However, due to rising costs and the lack of flexibility regarding system optimization and customization, we are exploring alternative LIMS solutions.
We require a system that supports the following core workflows:

Sample Registration & Analysis Management: The ability to register samples and assign specific analysis profiles (e.g., FTIR analysis).

Instrument Integration: We currently use a “Gateway” software to scan folders and automatically import instrument data into our database. We need a similar automated data acquisition workflow.

Billing & System Integration: Automatic price calculation for analyses and the capability to interface with external systems to export client invoicing data.
Could someone clarify if SENAITE supports these features or if they can be configured within the platform?
