Garbled characters problem

Hi:
Senaite 2.5 has been success installed, unfortunately there is garbled characters in Chinese environment, everything in website is workiing well, but chinese character will show garbled when ptint sticker and report.

I have tried with advanced function “Install to enable multilingual content support with plone.app.multilingual” when create senaite, but the system tell me the function can’t be install, is this the reason my system can’t show right character?

Could someone help me with that, thanks a lot.

try to

  1. install zh-hans language pack
    sudo apt-get install language-pack-zh-hans language-pack-zh-hans-base
  2. install at least a font, ex.
    sudo apt-get install ttf-wqy-zenhei
