Importing data test from non localhost:8080

Hi,

Importing data test works well on localhost. I tried to do the same on a hosted docker instance, where only the port 80 is allowed, and it doesn’t work; is it a bug or a security measure ?
Is it possible to import data test with a commande line (on the ssh console)

A clarification: docker instance with port translation -p 80:8080
