I want to use SENAITE for a genetic laboratory. Generally test result reports are written rich text and pdf format. Can I add a pdf file for test results? And can I add rich text for results?

totally yes - you can do that with SENAITE. I think you will need a bit of customisation.

Yes I did, thanks for your support. But I failed to customization the COA. I could not show the Patient’s Fullname, Patient’s age, Patient’s DOB, MRN Medical Number in the COA report. I’ve read all the technical documents in here, but I’m trying to prepare my report view and create a class there and edit the report pt file, but it doesn’t work. How should I proceed, can I get technical support for this? Thank you.
