New user here, so please bear with me in case this has been asked before.
How can I limit access to bika_setup (or the Setup option) to avoid a Tester from moving options on the Setup tab he is not supposed to? I was under the impression, that removing the Lab Manager role would do, but seems like Tester can still access the Setup tab.

I don’t fully understand your question.
if you want a user not access to setup.
when login in as admin, you can create a contact in “lab contact”. And in “login details” create a user only in group “Analysts”. Then you link the contact and user have created.
the new created contact(analyst role) have no permission to setup.
this is very logic in lab management.
