Hi. I am new to Bika Lims and cannot figure out what I am doing wrong with the Setup Import. I downloaded the latest file from Bika, entered some basic information, then imported it per the instruction on the website. I receive a message that the import was successful, however, none of the information updates. I have tried doing this with the simplest date, the lab information. But still nothing. I suspect I am missing a very simple step. Can anyone help me figure out what I am doing wrong?
Hi, I had the same problem when I was using the Senaite 2.5 distribution from pypi. If you are using the same, perhaps you should try the docker images instead as I didn’t encounter the same problem with image tagged 2.x.
